Sibford Surgery is not part of a Primary Care Network (PCN).
MB BS (London 1981) MRCGP DRCOG DFFP DOccMed Qualified at Charing Cross Hospital, London, in 1981 and joined the practice in 1987. He has a special interest in Occupational Medicine.
MB BS (Newcastle 1994) MRCGP DFFP Qualified at Newcastle University in 1994, and joined the practice as a Partner in 2002. She has a special interest in Dermatology & Child Health.
Jill qualified in 1981 and then as a midwife in 1983. Her working life has mainly been midwifery and then in the later years, Jill was a specialist high risk ante-natal midwife.Jill has completed many courses and is a trained sonographer and a specialist in diabetes care and sexual health. Jill worked at the Horton General Hospital in Banbury dealing with a variety of medical issues before joining us at Sibford Surgery.
Vanessa joined us in January 2014 and has been a HCA for 5 years. Vanessa trained in Norfolk and at a more local surgery in Brackley.

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. Chris supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Ruth Grant and Liz Malone are our administrators for all patient referrals, between them they work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
The district nurses are available via the surgery to help and advise on health in the home for the frail, elderly and disabled. They can also provide help and advice for carers and liaise closely with Social Services.

Health visitors offer help and support in the following areas, for example:
Child's growth and development, behaviour difficulties, sleeping, eating, potty training, temper tantrums and teething, breastfeeding, weaning, healthy eating, hygiene, safety and exercise, postnatal depression, bereavement, violence in the family and emotional wellbeing.
